The Magic Quadrant

Entirely new revenue streams unlocked by AI. Let your creativity run wild here.

The New Superpower

Give your team new tools to dramatically accelerate high-skilled work

Not sure which quadrant fits? Most businesses aren't - that's why discovery is always the first step.

How We Work With You

Every AI partnership starts with understanding your specific situation, then building the right solution and supporting it as your business grows.

Step 1

Discover: See the Landscape

AI can help in four main ways: making internal work faster (the quick wins), giving your team new superpowers (growth capabilities), improving customer experience (service), or opening entirely new revenue streams (the magic quadrant). Most businesses aren't sure which to prioritise.

We help you see the full landscape and figure out where to start. Sometimes that's a workshop to get your team using Copilot properly. Sometimes it's mapping your processes to find the biggest ROI opportunities. Sometimes it's auditing a workflow that's driving everyone mad. It depends on where you are.

Step 2

Build: The Right Solution for the Problem

Not every problem needs a custom AI agent. Sometimes the answer is training your team to use Copilot properly. Sometimes it's smart automations that connect your existing tools. Sometimes it's agentic workflows that handle complex tasks. And yes, sometimes it's autonomous agents that work while you sleep.

We match the right solution to the problem - not the most impressive one, not the most expensive one, but the one that actually makes sense for your situation. You can see examples of what we build in our case studies below.

Step 3

Embed: Make It Stick

The best technology fails when people don't actually use it. We've seen it happen - expensive AI implementations that sit unused because nobody was brought along for the journey.

We help your team understand why this matters for them (not just the business), build confidence through hands-on practice and create the habits that make AI part of how they work - not another tool they avoid. Technology without adoption is just expensive software gathering dust.

Case Studies

What we've built and what we're building

Real solutions for real businesses. We can't name names, but we can show you what we do.

Your Consulting Is Valuable But It Doesn't Scale

Turn Weekly Analysis Into a Product

You've spent years advising SMEs on cash flow. You know exactly what to look for - burn rate, working capital, debtor days, the accounts that actually matter. But your expertise lives in your head. Every client engagement means starting from scratch, manually analysing their data, explaining the same concepts. Your knowledge is worth a lot - but you can only sell your hours.

What we built:

A finance consultancy wanted to offer "FD-as-a-service" to SMEs who couldn't afford a full-time Finance Director. The problem: the manual analysis made it uneconomic at SME price points. We built a platform that encodes their analytical methodology - account classification, cash calculations, risk assessment - and uses AI to generate the narrative summary they'd normally write themselves. Upload a file, get the FD's analysis in 60 seconds.

The outcome:

  • A consulting service became a scalable product
  • One consultant can now serve 20x more clients
  • New recurring revenue stream at price points that weren't viable before
  • The consultant stays in the loop for judgment calls - AI handles the grind

Your Restaurant Runs on Paper and Hope

AI That Actually Understands Invoices

Every week it's the same. Invoices arrive by email, WhatsApp, paper. Someone has to open them, read them, type the numbers somewhere, remember to pay, file them for the accountant. It's not hard work - it's just endless. And it's eating time you could spend on the business.

What we built:

A Quebec restaurant group needed invoice processing that actually worked with how suppliers send things - emails, WhatsApp photos, the lot. We built an AI system that captures invoices from any channel, extracts supplier details, amounts, tax breakdowns, line items - and flags when prices go up. One-tap approval. One-click export for the accountant. All in French, because that's what the team speaks.

The outcome:

  • 2+ hours per week per location back in the owner's pocket
  • Supplier price increases caught and challenged
  • The accountant gets clean data instead of a shoebox

You're Paying for Copilot But Nobody's Using It

Get Real Value From Tools You Already Have

You rolled out Copilot across the team. Six months later, half of them have forgotten it exists and the other half use it to fix typos. Meanwhile you're paying per seat for a tool that could be transforming how they work.

What we did:

A consultancy running repeatable client projects wasn't getting any value from their Microsoft 365 investment. We ran a focused workshop showing their team how Copilot could handle the admin that was eating their days - drafting client emails, researching participants, summarising meetings, creating agendas. Then we built small automations: email templates that auto-populate from project documents, follow-up trackers that flag who hasn't responded.

The outcome:

  • 15-20% efficiency gain across the team
  • Not from fancy AI - from actually using what they already had

Your PMs Are Updating Spreadsheets Instead of Managing Projects

Automate the Admin, Free the Humans

Your project managers are good at managing projects. So why are they spending hours every week copying status updates into spreadsheets and manually adjusting Gantt charts? By the time the timeline's updated, it's already wrong again.

What we built:

A professional services firm had a spreadsheet with project timelines that needed constant manual updates. Every status change meant someone had to find the right row, adjust the blocks, update the dates. We built an automation that reads their status documents and updates the project charts automatically.

The outcome:

  • Hours of PM admin time reduced to minutes
  • Project visibility went from "best guess" to "always current"

Your Strategists Are Doing Research Instead of Strategy

60 Hours of Work in 5

Your best people should be thinking strategically and advising clients. Instead they're manually trawling competitor websites, downloading ad libraries, reading forum threads and trying to spot patterns in Google Trends data. The research takes so long that by the time they get to the strategic thinking, they're rushing.

What we built:

A research consultancy needed competitive intelligence across multiple channels - brand positioning, ad creative, community sentiment, search trends. Their analysts were spending 60+ hours per project on manual research. We built an agent that takes a research brief, searches all their sources via APIs, interprets the findings, writes the reports and even scores everything on their strategic framework.

The outcome:

  • 60 hours of research reduced to 5
  • Human stays in the loop for judgement calls
  • The team can now take on more clients without hiring - growth at almost no extra cost

Your Clients Are Chasing You For Updates

Make Yourself Easier to Do Business With

Your delivery is excellent. Your communication isn't. Clients email asking for updates because they can't see what's happening. Your team spends time answering questions instead of doing work. Worse, the clients who go quiet are the ones you should worry about - they're not happy, they're just not telling you.

What we built:

A professional services firm with multiple concurrent client projects needed a better way to keep everyone informed. We built a client portal where everything lives in one place - project status, upcoming sessions, documents, notifications. AI sorts and prioritises across workstreams, surfaces what needs attention and keeps clients in the loop without your team having to chase.

The outcome:

  • Clients stop chasing because they can see everything
  • Your team focuses on delivery instead of status updates
  • Client satisfaction goes up. Churn goes down.

Your Expertise Is Buried in Notebooks and Emails

Make Your Knowledge Searchable

You've spent years building expertise. It's in your head, your notebooks, scattered across emails and documents. When you need to recall something specific, you're digging through files or relying on memory. Your knowledge is valuable - but it's not accessible.

What we built:

An industry expert with thousands of detailed assessments built up over years had no way to search or retrieve their own knowledge. We built a personal knowledge base that captures everything in one place - structured, tagged, searchable. Every assessment, every note, instantly accessible.

The outcome:

  • Years of expertise, now at your fingertips
  • No more "I know I reviewed this somewhere..." - just search and find

Turn Your Knowledge Into a New Revenue Stream

Monetise Expertise You Already Have

You've built genuine expertise over years. People pay for your advice. But you can only be in one place at a time and there's a limit to how many clients you can serve personally. Your knowledge is valuable - but it doesn't scale.

What we built:

An industry expert with a loyal following wanted to reach more people without diluting their personal brand. We built a consumer app that puts their expertise in people's pockets - curated recommendations, personalised suggestions, AI-powered matching. Free tier to try, subscription for full access.

The outcome:

  • A new revenue stream from expertise they already had
  • Their knowledge now serves thousands instead of dozens
  • The expert focuses on high-value work while the app handles the rest

What We Believe

In 2016, world champion Lee Sedol sat down to defend humanity's honour in Go - the world's most complex board game, with more possible moves than atoms in the universe. A game we'd dominated for 2,500 years. His opponent: Google's AI. In game two, move 37 changed everything - the AI played a move no human ever had: brilliant, illogical, devastating. But Sedol didn't walk away. He studied, adapted and later made move 78 - a play so creative that AlphaGo faltered and gave up.

We believe every knowledge worker will have their own Move 37 moment: the instant they see AI do something they can't. Those who keep learning will reach their Move 78 - when human creativity and machine capability work in harmony.

That's what we help organisations achieve.

Meet the Team

Hamish Nicklin - Co-Founder and CEO

Hamish Nicklin

Co-Founder and CEO

Hamish spent 25 years building and scaling media businesses, including as CEO of dentsu Media UK where he grew £1.3bn in turnover and led 2,000+ people. At The Guardian, as Chief Revenue Officer, he helped reverse a £100m cash loss trajectory to achieve operational break-even within three years, turning advertising revenue decline to growth ahead of his competition. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Google helping agencies transform their businesses through digital-first strategies.

He's lived through the operational challenges that hold businesses back - but more importantly, he's proven how to solve them profitably. He knows what it takes to drive revenue growth, scale operations faster than competitors and build market-leading businesses. That's why he understands exactly where AI can accelerate growth and where it's just expensive distraction.

Stephen Greszczyszyn - Co-Founder and CTO

Stephen Greszczyszyn

Co-Founder, CTO

Stephen spent 20+ years at Cisco learning what separates automation that actually works from automation that just wastes your money. Now he builds AI agents that run your business while you sleep.

His track record is impressive: £2M+ saved annually through proper automation at Cisco. 920+ engineering hours freed up per year. Systems that turned 3-day analysis tasks into 3-minute reports. But here's what really matters - he knows how to make these enterprise-grade solutions work for growing businesses without the enterprise price tag or the nonsense complexity.

From AI that writes brilliant cold emails to agents that handle customer support 24/7, Stephen bridges the gap between "AI could do this" and "AI is doing this, right now, making us money." He's fluent in both Fortune 500 and startup, which means your automation actually scales when you do.

Stephen is obsessed with making sure you understand and own your automation, not creating some weird dependency where you can't function without him. He's proven how to build systems that solve real problems profitably.
